Near. Perfect.”
Next is Cassandra Lomax, who was inspired by witnessing democracy in action during the 2012 presidential election. With strong roots in Abbeville, Lomax is focusing on enhancing hands-on experiences for kids and reviving transportation services to help people move easily within the town.
And then there’s the incumbent, Faye Thomas. Reflecting on her unexpected journey into politics, she reminisces about the positive impact they’ve collectively achieved, securing grants and advancing community projects. With two decades of experience, she aims to bring more opportunities for youth and a possible veterans park in the future!
