August 30, 2024 – In a push to provide comprehensive early childhood education, GLEAMNS Human Resources Commission, Inc. has announced that it is currently enrolling children for its Head Start and Early Head Start programs. These programs are available to families in Greenwood, Laurens, Edgefield, Abbeville, McCormick, Newberry, Saluda, Richland, and Lexington counties.
GLEAMNS is focused on offering quality education to children from birth to five years old at no cost to families. The Head Start programs aim to lay a solid foundation for lifelong learning. Dr. Ameca C. Thomas, CEO of GLEAMNS, expressed, “Our Head Start programs are designed to give children a solid foundation for lifelong learning.
