Dr. Schiera holds a doctorate in curriculum and instruction from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is not just passionate about education but has also been deeply involved with the Lander University Faculty Senate. Additionally, she co-coordinates the Call Me MiSTER chapter at Lander University, fostering educational leadership and teacher development.
For over a decade, she contributed to curriculum development in the Sultanate of Oman, focusing on teacher transformation and providing essential training to educators.
