Part of this expansion involves the relocation of Northern Brewer, a homebrewing company recently purchased from Minnesota, to J&P Park’s main campus at 3507 Cokesbury Road in Hodges. This move underscores the company’s ongoing growth and its ability to integrate new business acquisitions from other parts of the country.

This expansion, creating 50 new jobs, not only highlights their deep roots but also reinforces our shared commitment to building a thriving future together.”

The 15,000-square-foot expansion will primarily focus on increasing inventory storage, which is crucial for picking, packing, and fulfilling e-commerce orders for Northern Brewer’s homebrewing products. Operations for the recently relocated company are already online in Greenwood County and expected to be fully operational soon.
