Greenwood County – Excitement is brewing in Greenwood County as J&P Park Inc. plans to expand its operations. The company, known for its range of gardening and hobby-based products, is investing $750,000 into the local economy. Part of this expansion involves the relocation of Northern Brewer, a homebrewing company recently purchased from Minnesota, to J&P Park’s main campus at 3507 Cokesbury Road in Hodges. This move underscores the company’s ongoing growth and its ability to integrate new business acquisitions from other parts of the country.

The 15,000-square-foot expansion will primarily focus on increasing inventory storage, which is crucial for picking, packing, and fulfilling e-commerce orders for Northern Brewer’s homebrewing products. Operations for the recently relocated company are already online in Greenwood County and expected to be fully operational soon.
