J&P Park Inc., a prominent player in the gardening and hobby-based products industry, has revealed plans to expand its operations in Greenwood County. The project includes a 15,000-square-foot expansion, allowing the relocation of Northern Brewer’s Minnesota operations to J&P Park’s main campus at 3507 Cokesbury Road in Hodges. The expanded facility will enable better inventory storage, picking, packing, and e-commerce order fulfillment for Northern Brewer’s homebrewing products.

Greenwood County Council Chairman Chuck Moates also shared his thoughts on the expansion. “J&P Park’s growth is a testament to the enduring strength of our local economy and the skilled workforce here in Greenwood County. With a century of history in Greenwood, J&P Park is truly a cornerstone of our community and one that continues to relocate business acquisitions to its Hodges campus from other parts of the country.
