Calgary, AB: FLYHT Aerospace Solutions to Host Q2 2024 Earnings Call

Today, FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. has announced it will be holding a conference call to discuss its second-quarter results for 2024. The conference call is scheduled for Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 7:30 a.m. MT (9:30 a.m. ET). The session will feature prepared remarks followed by a question-and-answer round with Kent Jacobs, President & Interim CEO, and Alana Forbes, CFO.

Breaking down the logistics, those in Canada and the U.S. can dial in toll-free at 1-844-763-8274. International callers can connect via 1-647-484-8814. Participants are encouraged to dial in five to ten minutes before the start time.

Management will address questions both by telephone and email. New Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan

Additionally, during FLYHT’s Annual & Special Meeting of Shareholders on June 19, 2024, the Company’s shareholders approved the 2024 Omnibus Equity Incentive Compensation Plan. This plan replaces the existing stock option plan and is a “rolling up to 10% and fixed up to 10%” share-based compensation system. Under this plan, up to an aggregate of 10% of the Company’s issued and outstanding Common Shares may be reserved for issuance in the form of stock options, restricted share units (RSUs), deferred share units (DSUs), and performance share units (PSUs).

The Omnibus Incentive Plan has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) and has been implemented. Detailed information about the plan is available in the Company’s management information circular dated May 29, 2024, on SEDAR at www.sedarplus.com.
