Today, FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. has announced it will be holding a conference call to discuss its second-quarter results for 2024. Additionally, during FLYHT’s Annual & Special Meeting of Shareholders on June 19, 2024, the Company’s shareholders approved the 2024 Omnibus Equity Incentive Compensation Plan. This plan replaces the existing stock option plan and is a “rolling up to 10% and fixed up to 10%” share-based compensation system. Under this plan, up to an aggregate of 10% of the Company’s issued and outstanding Common Shares may be reserved for issuance in the form of stock options, restricted share units (RSUs), deferred share units (DSUs), and performance share units (PSUs).
