Calgary Experiences Cloudy Weather with Rain Showers Today

FLYHT’s Annual and Special Meeting Approves New Incentive Plan

During FLYHT’s Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June 19, 2024, the shareholders approved a new Omnibus Equity Incentive Compensation Plan. This plan replaces the existing stock option plan and allows for up to 10% of the common shares issued and outstanding to be reserved for issuance. The shares can be issued in the form of stock options, restricted share units (RSUs), deferred share units (DSUs), and performance share units (PSUs).

The plan has received final approval from the TSXV and is now in effect. Detailed information about the Omnibus Incentive Plan is included in the company’s management information circular, which is available on SEDAR.
